I have done personal training, CrossFit classes and even boxing classes with Renee and she pushes you to your limit whilst making the entire session fun (As crazy as it sounds, YES it’s possible!). Renee has been an amazing coach to me over the last 2 years. Recognising my strengths and weaknesses instantly and constantly showing me new ways I could improve.
Renee was always willing to change my workouts even in group sessions to cater for my numerous injuries suffered from way to many basketball games.
Following shoulder surgery Renee has been instrumental in my recovery. Working with me one on one to target specific muscle groups shortening my recovery significantly. Keeping it fun and lighthearted but also doing serious workouts to increase strength.
Her attention to detail for technique is incredible and commitment to help you being a stronger healthier person is second to none. When you reach your goal you can guarantee her celebration will be louder than yours ðŸ˜‚
